No. You ca still set the Security Key. You just need to use the server supervisor in advanced mode.

Hello asim,

I guess mega V2 uses a different version of mega supervisor, because i dont see the option to set security key

hello, Yes, thats happening

Can you access MEGA in the Windows client with the user that runs the SSP ?

I tried to restart the Site Provider Service again, and now the message about security key reappears:

 MEGA HOPEX
Error occured for license: Startup impossible because no license is identified. Ensure a license is installed.
Error occured for SubProcess - mgwmapp.exe: fail to instanciate, code 0x80080005 (Server execution failed )
Error occured for security key: Invalid Security Key
Error: No environment found for this site.
We have verified that logging in to the windows version works, so its a bit puzzling when the error indicates no license is there.
Also, the username which  we specify during installation has been added to our license file.

Is there any documentation on how to reset the security key?

It looks like you do not have a license running

Also, the error message has now changed to:

MEGA HOPEX

Error occured for license: Startup impossible because no license is identified. Ensure a license is installed.
Error occured for SubProcess - mgwmapp.exe: fail to instanciate, code 0x80080005 (Server execution failed )
Error occured for SSP: SSP is not Ready
Error: No environment found for this site.

Have verified that the MegaSiteProviderService is running, restarted it, and restarted IIS as well
