Error: Object "Workflow Status Instance Base" has been protected.

HOPEX V2 CP04
Web Client

Profile: Risk Manager

For “validated” incidents when user clicks on “Workflow” he gets an error "Error: Object "Workflow Status Instance Base" has been protected. It has cannot be modified". Screenshot is attached.

Error logs shows:

PID(5128);Thread(4220);Time(07:37:37);Session(e693839 A);Error : MEGA Error 0x80020009(Object Creation Error) : Object  ~Nxc2wfYqJzrD{MetaClass}[Workflow Status Instance Base]  : Object 'Workflow Status Instance Base' 'Workflow Status Instance Base' has been protected. It cannot be modified

Hi Asim,

After validation of an object, it is protected. This is by design. The objective of validation is to prepare a transfer.It is requested that the object is protected before transfer.To enable a change, use the worflow definition "Request for Unlocking". Please let me know if this fixes the issue for you or not!
