Encoding character

Hello Community members  , We enabled the translation for multi language and updated the data , it displayed some encoding character on the search filter section for other languages ( ok with English language ), but it looks fine if you open the particular object and see the local name , problem with only on the filter section shortname and name  looks weird,   

Any idea how to resolve this one ?

You apparently use HOPEX Windows Front-End with multiple languages

With Windows Front-End, an important settings is 'Language for not unicode programs'
