ERR 09 after creation of additional environment

I have created additional environment to our working environment. When I try to access system of the new environment by user different from System I get error 009.

Can you share more insight on your problem ?

  • Which version of HOPEX ?
  • Ideally some screenshot ?
  • A step by step of what you did to create these new users ?

Most likely the users you are trying to used are not allowed to connect in Administration.exe
