Dll registration error after HOPEX installation

Hi,

We try to install HOPEX V1R3 on a Windows server 2008 R2. The install finish OK but when we run the administration Module, we have an error on a dll registration. cf file N°1

For the moment we have problem with mg_apim.dll and mg_stdl.dll

We try a  regsvr32 with administrator rights but it doesn't work cf file N°2 .

I try to run the MEGA utilities MEGA Server Surpervision But it doesn't work ... is there an other way to install Hopex on this plateform ?

I need help, our support IT is on holydays ... 😞

Hello,

Unfortunately, the solution didn't work for me (MEGA hopex installed on 2 servers (load-balanced) and accessed via Citrix).

To solve this issue, I had to modify registry directly (long but efficient).

So I replace every key related to .DLL containing old MEGA installation path (MEGA 2009 in my case) by new installation path (MEGA Hopex).

I also deleted every reference to old MEGA installation.

Looks like it works fine so far.

Hello

It seems that MEGA 2009 SP5 has been installed on this machine

Try this sequence

• Call command 'Unregister Current Mega Site...' in Mega Server Supervisor
• Call command 'Register Mega Site...' in Mega Server Supervisor
• Run command <application path>\mgwmapp.exe /regserver
