Hi,
After importing a logical backup, I am getting this message in Mega.exe "Cannot perform operation because the session is not open". Also in Mega Administration, when I click on the Environment, nothing happens, no username/password box.

Please guide.

Issue resolved, there was an entry in log file as "The request exceeds the maximum allowed database size of 11 GB".
My DB was already 11 Gb, so I created some space by removing unnecessary files and it is working now.

There may be an issue with the database server.
- Check error log.
- Run RDBMS diagnostic tool: http://community.mega.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/mega-kb-solution?sid=501D00000012eNpIAI
