Achieving an Idea removes the Idea

In V3 and V4 when an Idea is being achieving using the Idea Validation workflow it seems the Idea is being deleted. At least it not possible to locate it in the repository anymore.

Is this by design so, or is this a bug ?

Yes, I agree. In any case, archieving is only availble for Functional Administrators.

This is defined in the Ideation standard workflow for the 'Archived' states

This is probably overkill since the objects are then only visible with a superuser like 'HOPEX Customizer' profile, for instance.

Maybe a plain "r" setup with a dedicated menu to list the archived ideas (maybe only accessible to Innovation Manager / admin profiles) would make more sense.
