Cannot access http://community.mega.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/mega-support-case access just hangs. does anyone else get this? Normally works but today we have no access to log, view or update cases.

Everything is back to normal.
You should be able to create case via MEGA Community forms.

There is an issue with the MEGA Community Server.
We are working on it.
In the meantime, please send mail to support@mega.com to declare new cases.
