There is no API function to specify this at functionnal level
Ex: prevent creation of object for Metaclass XX and profile YY
Note that for MEGA 2009, the specification of Metamodel Access Management is stored on a text 'Profile Manager' in a format that is not public.
This text is updated by the specification of Metamodel Access Management when performed manually in Administration.exe.
As a consequence, you can technically update this text though APIs but I would not recommend it.
