problem opening external references file type in Advisor

Hi,

we have some problems with external references file type in Advisor. when we  try to open an external reference in advisor we got the following error , even if that same reference can opened without problem in Meg desktop .

Thank you for your post .

when you open an external reference in advisor, it looks in the server registry to find the program associated to the expected extension. So you need to identify a program that can open this kind of file and then check also that the advisor impersonate user has all right to access to that file.
