Reading and Writing access area

Jad is connected to the profile “Application Owner” 

I want Jad to be able to Read and Update the cost line objects under the library linked to his writing access area (RU) and I don't want him to be able to even Read the cost line objects under libraries not linked to his writing access area.

How can we tackle this?

One way is to implement Confidentiality (Read Access) in the repository - but it ads another level of complexity to your repository.
