Customization of Reports - Columns and Colours

Dear Community,

I recently created new report templates and was wondering if there are any options to

1. re-arrange the order of the columns of a template

2. Set colour specific codes for cells (e.g. if a cell is empty, it shall be appear in red

What type of report template are we talking about? Property Matrix, Intersection Matrix or ?
