Controls in V3 reports

Hi,

Following a migration V1 => V3, a custom report listing all projects, lost its controls (new, export ...). This report is called from a tile

A similar custom report called from a tile, listing applications, is still displaying those controls correctly.

The only thing that was different between the 2 tiles are the “Events Behaviors” tab, where no information was linked. I added the missing data as for application tile, but controls are still not displayed.
