With the BPMN export functionality, is it possible to export the position of elements ?

Then, the answer is 'it is not possible to document position of elements in a drawing using Excel export'

This information (position of elements in a drawing) is too complex. It is saved inside a binary text called 'drawing'.

It is not possible to extract individual positions of elements from this text using Excel export.

Use API script instead (function SetPos on MegaDrawingItem)

Do you mean graphical position of elements in diagram drawing?
