Application (Object) Properties Tab Customization/Setting

We have different MEGA environment. When I see Application (or any Object) properties, I don't see consistent tabs. For example, on Application Object, I don't see Org-Units tab in productiion environment but I see it in Development environment. Is there a place where I can change this setting?

By default Application doesn't have Org-Unit (you probably mean owner) tab on itself. That means that probably there has been some customizations to the PropertyPage done. Go to the Application MetaModel (in MetaStudio) and see the differences
