Persona

In Customer Journey mapping - Persona I see the section "Realization of Persona".  Can someone explain what this is, and how I would use it?  If there is a reference in the manual I would appreciate the link, as I could not find information on this field.

I was able to develop the persona for our customer journey maps however there is no information about the particular field 'realization of persona' and how other use it in their customer journey mapping.   It appears that the documentation was missing in the help section, per Mega.

Hi,

This section enables to document to which EA artifact(s) an identified Persona may corresponds ; the concept is shared with other EA products (as "Business Partner") 

In the case of Personas in the Customer journey, the most useful object type to map against is probably 'org-unit' (other are less relevant here ?)

This seems to be missing in the documentation, we'll check this.
