Deprecation of HOPEX features

What does it mean in terms of support when a feature is marked as Deprecated?  How long will it remain a part of HOPEX?  For example:  HOPEX Business Architecture is marked Deprecated.  How long do we have before we are forced to stop using or migrate away from these features?

Hi,

There is no set time a to when the functionality will go from deprecated to removed. I can state that, historically, we have carried deprecated solutions for 1-2  versions but it is not guaranteed. Its for that reason that we recommend testing a migration to a newer version and comparing your product list to the new list (to validate if any have been moved to deprecated).

Also, reaching out to your MEGA account manager or services director to discuss transitioning from one (deprecated) product to a replacement would be highly recommended.

I know that does not provide you with a definitive time period but working on the discovery during a version upgrade is the best approach.
