Query assitant not visible

Hello Community,

For one of the users the Query Assistant is not visible suddenly from Today,So could not view Registered queries also. All options of Query are enabled in Options. Tried all options it is not hidden , Looking for suggestions or help regarding this.

This is how the options are looking like for the user (screenshot attached)? 

It will be helpful, if you could attach the screenshot of options and how the query tool looks at the moment?
