Hopex Dispatch Problem

Hello,

Multiple users are experiencing problems with dispatch, after they dispatch and come back in latter date their changes are reverted back for some reason. We check the history and in history logs it’s recorded but for some reason not reflected on the object properties. This is a huge problem. As an example please review the attached report generated of change log where you can clearly see that Designer Org-unit was connected to the organizational process and there is no disconnection.  Please also check activity feed for this process but when checking the properties page none of the changes are reflected. This problem usually occurs on web front end only.

Hi,

Try below steps:

1. Stop the SSP and the IIS. Make sure that no mega process is running.
2. Make sure that all the transaction are cleared out. The users must dispatch or discard their transactions.
3. Delete the RDBMS cache folders. They are located here:
• C:\ProgramData\MEGA\HOPEX V2\Cache
• C:\inetpub\wwwroot\HOPEX\App_Data\MWAS\res
4. Launch the Administration.exe
5. Compile the whole environment. All the options must be selected.
6. Start the SSP and the IIS.
7. Delete browser history and cookies

This will be helpful.

Regards,

Asim
