Icons Only working in Window Client

Hello,

The customized icons are only working in thick client and not in thin client. Is there any additional configuration for web? I've tried clearing caches of browsers and restarting server with no luck.

Thanks. Very clear.

Yes correct. You can add custom/new icons in either folders but recommended in the environment folder to avoid overwritting during any upgrades.

Hi @soemyatmyat,

In my experiences with overriding / adding icons and shapes, they only need to be within the MEGA_USR folder in the Environment - they do not need to be in MEGA_USR in the HOPEX Installation.

Thanks, everyone. The issue is resolved now.

Here are the steps I preformed

  1. The icons should be in both the MEGA_USR folder in the Environment and the MEGA_USR in the HOPEX Installation.
  2. Removed caches from C:\ProgramData\MEGA\HOPEX V2R1\Cache\Pictures
  3. Run Translate and Compile
  4. Cleared browser caches
  5. Restart Server
  6. Restart HOPEX Services

and viola, it works.

Complementary clean the cache of IIS on the server side.

Hi,

You might need to do a translate and compile in order for the updated icons to show.

Please keep us posted if that works.

Thanks!

You can try by cleaning cache folders 🙂
