Cannot perform operation because the session is not open

Hi,

after having deleted a private workspace for a user yesterday, I found this morning that I cannot log in anymore to the tool. The following message appears (see screenshot).

Any idea ?

Note: we are working on HOPEX V1R3, GBMS file system

Hi hsoegaard,

 

I had a reply from MEGA support. It is indeed most probably related to a file in SysDb that was corrupted which prevented MEGA to log in.

Hi, try and see if you have a transaction in systemdb that you need to delete before you are able to log in again
