It is caused by the execution of a stored procedure on the system database with an invalid code.
A transaction inactive when the stored procedure is executed can be altered if certain conditions are fulfilled.
When the error occurs, it is not possible to resume the transaction.
The error is fixed from hotfix 11.01 on MEGA 2009 SP5 CP11.0 (CR 42373).
It is required to initialize the stored procedure 'SP_CONSOLIDATE_MEGA_DATABASE'.
Please contact MEGA support if you use Oracle storage and MEGA 2009.
