Hello,

For an issue of this nature i would recommend that you open a Support Case so that we may invesitgate this further.  The error extract you provided is unfortunatley not enough for us to make a determination of the issue.

When you go to open a case please make sure to reproduce the error, note the time of the error occurrence and then send us that time along with all Hopex error log files. You can use our Server Supervisor Utlity located in the install directory of Hopex under the Utilities folder to capture and zip up all of the log files.

Thanks,

Mega Technical Support
