Permissions >> Hiding/Showing an Attribute Dynamically

Hey Everyone:

Have you ever tried dynamically showing and hiding Metaattributes for different user based on their writing access area for example, not their profile?

Something like Data Access Rules for MetaClasses

I can't seem to find a way around this
