MWAS component configuration pending ?

Hello, 

We can't connect anymore to Hopex Web. 

First time we have seen this error. 

In log 

c:\windows\temp\mss_yc33i1l4.mbv.txt

we found :

  *HOPEXMWAS-Mega Web Access for HOPEX fastCGI Provider configuration : Default Web Site/HOPEXMWAS
       name            = Mega Web Access For Hopex
       path            = *.mwas
       verb            = *
       modules         = FastCgiModule
       scriptProcessor = D:\MEGA\HOPEX V2R1\system\mgwfcgi.exe
 

  *ADVISORMWAS-Mega Web Access for ADVISOR fastCGI Provider configuration : 
!! error reporting 'can't find advisor handler mapping' : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any idea ?

Hi,

If you still have the issue, I would suggest to do/check following things.

1. Check the MEGA certificate date or update the certificate

2. Change the authentication to "MEGA authentication" in Web.ini file.
