Is Chat Service removed from V2R1 ?

Hey Everyone,

Is Chat Service removed from V2R1 ?

I was trying to activate this option on V2R1 yet I wasn't able to find the option to activate it.

Am I missing a License? or is it actually removed?

Note that I can activate workflows and run collaboration but can't find the chat service anywhere, even in the online documentation.

Thanks for your reply JCAMARA,

You know that architects like to argue 😄

it's not a very important feature, but for some client's its a solid selling point. Will look into putting this as an idea.

Unfortuntaely, based on documentation I reviewed, it was decided that the chat feature was to be removed from V2R1. If you fealt there could still be a value to bringing the feature back I would highly recommend posting an "Idea" under our "Ideas" page:
