Error when running logical backup

Hi Jerome,

I tried to take complete logic backup of my data repository. But it ended up abnormally saying "Warning: the system could not save data. See your report file."

Here am attaching the error log file and information report file.

Can you please hep us in this case?

Hello ColruytTeam 

This means that the logical backup has revealed inconsistencies in data.

The report to be checked is the environment report (MegaCrdxx.txt) at the root of the environment folder

It will list

• The objects that could not be saved
• The links that could not be saved

Hi Jerome,

I tried to take logical backup for System DB from administration end.

But it ended up saying "Warning: data could not be backed up. Certain data is external file type ("data" directory associated with repository). Consult your report file." 

I am attaching report file . Please help us in this case.
