I opened a case over a year ago with support about this and never got any answers so I'll try with the community.
We are on Hopex V1R3CP9
Because Letter paper (8.5x11) is quite small for diagrams, we try to fit them on 11"x17" (tabloid). When printing, we get strange results. Information to reproduce:
- The page setup is configured as Tabloid (11 x 17 in.) in the "paper choice" section of the "Diagram Layout" (see Diagram Layout.png)
- The diagram uses pretty much the whole page in edit mode (see Diagram - Web Client View (edit mode).png)
- The print Dialog Box is left with default values (see Print Dialog Box.png)
- The PDF result shrinks the diagram to fit a 8.5x11 paper but on a 11x17 canevas size (see PDF Result.png)
Has anyone figured out how to print the PDF correctly? I know we can print images, but like the PDF format that is more standard for everybody around me to work with.
I happens with any diagram type, so it does not seem to be linked with that.
