MEGA Error 0x80020009(Empty Object Invocation) : Empty Object Invocation:Only default and GetID meth

I've been having this error "MEGA Error 0x80020009(Empty Object Invocation) : Empty Object Invocation:Only default and GetID methods are available on a Empty Object" whenever I try to import visio (.vsd) files using web front end. I'm currently using Hopex V1R2 CP14.0. I didn't have any issues before, it was just about a couple of days ago that the error surfaced. I've tried compiling, the error still persists. This error is only occuring in 1 of the environments, all other environments have no issues. 

I've already tried translating and compiling but to no avail.

If you did not customize any VB script macro, you seems to be a MEGA error.

This is not a known issue.
If you can replicate this behavior, please open a case so that we can perform further investigations.
Scenario/elements  to replicate the behavior will be requested.
