Upgrade V2

Hi, we have MEGA V1R3 CP16 and we want to make an upgrade to V2.

What are the steps neccesary to do it ? 

It's neccesary to uninstall V1R3 and the install V2 from a master executable ?

are you running on web or windows interface?

can you clarify which parts are not working with the upgrade, that is valuable information for all of us that still need to face the upgrade.

We are currently upgrading together with MEGA consulting because many customizations we have (roles with GUI limitations; workflow betwee application owner and application portfolio manager; static website etc.) would not work after the upgrade.
