Unable to retrieve environment

I am getting error "Unable to retrieve environment".
I did environment automatic update and it is sucessfull but still it is showing me this error.

Hi. did you attempt to restart the Hopex "core" executables after the environment upgrade? 

Also, I'd suggest looking into the ssp or megerr logs. You find find that the service account user had it's share permissions revoked.
