Hi,

I just installed MEGA HOPEX on Windows Server 2012, and I followed all the instructions from the installation guide and all are installed and configured. But when i tried to access https://localhost/HOPEX, i encountered a problem. It was written "Configuration has not been loaded. Please check SSP state." i tried to surf all over the internet, and the forum, but haven't found any answers. Please help. Thank you very much.

Hi Vitalia,

Please see attached screenshot. In the webconfig file, look for DelagatedLogin and set to "0".

Let me know if it's already "0" or default "2".

Thanks,

Philip

Hi PNG,

Can you elaborate what value should I change in web.config? Thank you very much

Hi Vitalia,

Are you using UAS? If not, make sure set the delagated login to "0" in the webconfig file (inetpub-->wwwroot-->HOPEX-->webconfig).

Please let me know the result. Thanks.

Thanks,

PNG

If the enviroment is already created, make sure that you have restarted the SSP after crating the environment.

Also try to use this format of web link http://ServerName/Hopex

If this doesn't help then check error logs that might have important information.

I created an environment already. I even created the repositories as well.
I've checked the SSP from windows services and it's running also.

Hi,

I assume this is HOPEX V2R1, if yes, then do you have any environment created?

This error normally comes when there is no enviroment after the installation of HOPEX V2R1.

Also check if the SSP is running from Windows services and try to access hopex with server name, not with "localhost".

e.g. https://ServerName/Hopex
