Orphan objects - Empty Owner objects

Using WebApp, where do objects go when you leave Owner empty? When importing objects using Excel Import feature, if I do not select Import to Default Library, where do objects go? I have tried to find them using Container Tree View with different roles, and  I cannot find them in any library. Searching for them using the search feature at the title bar, I can see them, but I need to assign an owner one by one.

Libraries are sub containes in the global data repository

where do objects go when you leave Owner empty?

-> they go into the data repository

The fact an object is owned by a library is persists as a link

I am not aware that the link is fully generic so it must be tested Metaclass by MetaClass

Note also that an object can be owner by something else than a library.
