No Rights for Command Creation

Hello,

I would like to create a new command from Mega.

Checking the "All about starting with APIs" documentation, i have to open the properties dialog from a MetaClass.

And then, in the UserInterface tabulation, select the Menu Command sub tab.

But I can't create a new command, the '+' sign is not selectable...

I read later in the documentation that i have "Expert" access to the metamodel, and this is my case...

Have I miss something ?

Creating a new user, i was able to have access to the "new" command menu.
