New Report View Option missing from Report Chapter

I am assuming there is a settting somewhere but I cant find anything in the documentation.

How do I enable the Report view option in the environment on the left.

Can you check that you have the product 'HOPEX Studio' (code MTS2) ?

as far as I am aware setting like tha doesn't exist you can maybe double check though if you have the Report View in the Report Chapter MetaCommands
