Icon Missing in Webclient

Hi

Advance thanks for your time. I am facing a problem to see customized icon in  report from web frontend whereas icon can see in the same report in windows frontend.  Hereby I attached 2 screenshots for windows and web frontend. I am using V2-CP4

What can be the reason?

HI, Like another post above - you may need to save the icon in the MEGA_USR folder in the Environment as well as the MEGA_USR in the HOPEX Installation.
