How did you delete the record ? directly on the oracle or sqlserver database? or in t he hopex workbench?
if you have have repository logging on, you could try to find the logfile in which the objects was created (and later logfiles for modification) and try to import the associated commands (hell of a job). But let's hope that the DBA's have backup process running on your database, ask them to provide a backup and retrieve the object like that.
if it's only one object, why not just create a new one?
