How to open an external reference as HOPEX Viewer

Hello, 

I'm using external references to link to other websites/sharepoint from HOPEX. As a Enterprise Architect I can make a right click (context menu) on it and use open. --> the URL will be open in a new browser tab

If I log in as HOPEX Viewer (HOPEX Explorer Interface) I cannot open a context menu and I don't see a chance how I can open the external reference in a new browser tab. The only thing I can do is to copy the URL from the property page and open a new tab manually.

Is there a way to open it as HOPEX Viewer automatically?

Hi, it depends where you do it. In a diagram you can click on the External Reference and select the Open icon.

But in listview or from a searchresult, I dont think that is possible at the moment. When a Viewer is clicking on an External Reference, the user will just open the property page of that External Reference. From here you could copy and paste the URL. Adding a "Open" button to the External Reference property page would probably be the solution.
