HOPEX Web - Receiving JSON Primitive error.

When logging into HOPEX Web we are receiving the following error:

Authentication failed: Invalid JSON primitive: ERR044. (ERR044 - Session not Found : 000000000002)

The test user's configurations match a parallel invironment. The test user is allowed to access this environemnt via HOPEX Web. Both environments are on the same site.
