Error faced by users while trying to rename a sub process

Hello,

Some of our users face this problem when they try to rename a sub process connected to a process.

The error is haphazard and we are unable to find out when exactly this happens

"Occurence of meta class is being modified by another session"

Can someone please provide inputs on when this happens?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

It seems to be a concurrent engineering issue indeed.

Could you check the locks on objects ?

Do users are publishing and closing their transactions ? Sometimes, in phases of design, transactions are kept open several days what is forcing to make some refreshes for other users and is implying a lack of possibility to modify owned objects  ...  basically.

Hello

This description does not enabled to understand the issue

Please open a case so that you specify the context (front end, scenario, logs..) and we can perform further investigations.
