ERR042 - Hopex Web Access error occurred. Please contact your administrator

Hello Community,

When we are trying to login with username and password as shown below in the Hopex V4 web front-end, we are getting this error "ERR042 - Hopex Web Access error occurred. Please contact your administrator". 

Can someone help us with this issue. What would be the reason for this issue and how to fix it?

Hello,

There can be several reason for this error message. It is probably written in the logs.

Possible reason :

• the user is locked or not assigned anymore to a proper profile/role assignement
• there is no more Must license available
• the impersonification user has expired
• there is no more free memory on the server
• there is no more disk space on the server.
• ...
