Change from Graphical Entry to Tabular Entry

The attached screenshot shows how to create a new Customer Journey Map.  The user is presented with a choice of Edit Mode as Graphical or Tubular.  Once the Customer Journey Map diagram created using Graphical entry, is there a way to use Tabular entry?

in V5, you can access the diagram properties using the diagram editor toolbar button
