Arabic in HTML Descriptors

I am facing an odd issue, if i use arabic from within meta attributes it shows correctly but if I type arabic in HTML Descriptor it displays as ???? marks, any clue?

You should try and put the text into _Code Templates instead. And then reference your code template in the descriptor
