What tools to hierarchically organize a complex BPM Landscape? E.g., many processes require some rigid and hierarchical organization.
The Process landscapes can be defined using the Process Maps, which is a root entry points to organize the Process Categories (at the desired depth), which regroup the Processes which can be described using the BPMN notation. Users can create the process hierarchy either based on an industry-standard framework (e.g., APQC taxonomy, available for download on the HOPEX store) or manual entry via diagrams or properties. Excel imports can also be used to bootstrap the repository initialization based on existing specific data.
