Thanks for replying - the issue was fixed after finding a internet post asking to install .Net 3.5 for similar kind of issue.

Hello AHassan,

I believe you're trying to use the "Scripting.Dictionary" (not "System.Dictionary") object type. Could you give it a try with this new structure?
