CRUD Configuration seems to not be working

Hello,

I am currently using HOPEX V4CP4. 

It seems that CRUD Configurations are not being considered.

For 'Application Owner' Profile, the CRUD for MetaClass 'Application' is set to 'CRU'. Yet, Application Owner is being able to view the delete button and delete Applications. As per my understanding, this should not allow the user to delete objects of Application MetaClass.

Similar behavior is observed for other Profiles too.

Please help.
