"Mapping failed: OK" error on web client

We've been using MEGA V1R13 and we've started receiving an error "Mapping Failed: OK" on the Web Client when users try to login.

Users of the Windows client can login.

Please advise.

'Mapping failed' usually means no profile could be identified during the login process.

This prevents connexion.
Please Open a case so that we can perform further investigations.
