Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à me connecter à Mega HOPEX, Moi et mes collègues ont le message d'erreur en PJ.
Le bouton vert mène sur la page suivante :
Je ne sais pas si j'ai bien compris l'utilisation du portail community mais je ne peux pas créer de ticket autre que celui ci ? Ceci est-il normale ? A l'avenir, comment procéder pour déclarer un incident ?

Unfortunately, i don't have a way to create a case. I will contact my administrator with your valuables informations to resolve the problem

I assume that you are a cloud customer, it is highly likely that your "HOPEX Management Console" is disabled and your "HOPEX Web Application" is not running - therefore you see a blank page.
It could be due to many reasons e.g. a HOPEX upgrade is going on at the moment etc. so please check with MCS team by opening a case on the above link.
