Why data is not showing empty when we select empty condition values in field

We are using Application Owner profile for field filling. We observed that the In-EASE tab,
Q1. Specify whether application is running on modularization or containerization? *
"No, Only Modularized, Only Containerized, Both Modularized and Containerized"
Q2. Approved roadmap available for modularization and containerization of its IT-applications? *
"Yes, No"
Q3. Share the key metrics being tracked to assess the performance and efficiency of modularized/containerized systems — such as response latency, auto-scaling efficiency, resource consumption, or recovery time. *
Multi-select (Latency, Auto-scaling, Resource usage, Recovery time, Others)
For Q3. Visibility condition is When Q1. No and Q2. No then Hide the Q3 field and removed data which was selected in that field.
But here when we click on refresh icon then only showing empty field without fresh data is showing in UI.
Request you to guide us to solve this issue/problem.

Actually, we have created new fields and added validation conditions to hidden and empty data when field is hidden in MetaAttributeUpdateTool.Macro. Condtions are working correctly as expected but in UI when we manually click on refresh icon of tool then it is showing empty field. (Note: Multiselect Question is MetaAssociation)
