Where is the application impact menu on Hopex Aquila

On the Hopex V5 CP 6 ITPM module there is an application impact menu, on the Hopex Aquila or Hopex Version 6 where is the menu, because I haven't been able to find it?

For data quality, is it still defined from the IT Portfolio Management module?
